Scope of Work:
Appointed by Siddhart CHSL to carry out technical and professional consultancy services for the project. The scope included review and verification of architectural and structural drawings, coordination for structural audit, quality checks, and scrutiny of plans to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best construction practices.

The assignment is being jointly handled by Mr. Sanjeev Nahar (Civil Engineer) and Ar. Deep Nahar (Architect), bringing together extensive construction execution experience and strong planning and design oversight, thereby safeguarding the interests of the society through technical due diligence and quality assurance.

Review and coordination of structural audit reports.
Quality control checks for proposed construction systems and materials.
Detailed verification of architectural, structural, and statutory drawings.
Ensuring compliance with applicable DCPR provisions and municipal norms.
Technical guidance to the society in safeguarding member interests during the redevelopment process.

This assignment involved close coordination with the society, consultants, and developer to ensure technical correctness, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance at the planning stage.
