Special emphasis is placed on validation of construction areas, FSI and non-FSI utilization, and total BUA consumption in strict accordance with DCPR 2034 and sanctioned statutory approvals.
Regular design coordination meetings, issue tracking, and periodic design review reports are conducted to identify gaps, mitigate approval risks, and enhance constructability.
Value engineering exercises are undertaken to optimize cost efficiency and execution feasibility while maintaining architectural quality, performance standards, and design intent.
Flat area validations for society members and sale components are carried out to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance. The engagement culminates in a comprehensive Design Compliance Report aligned with statutory requirements and project objectives.
